Our pool holds 2 Ekta World projects, both in Bandra West. Ekta Victoria, a boutique tower of about 17 residences near Pali Hill, is a new launch with 2 and 3 BHK homes plus a 5 BHK penthouse, and we do not yet have a confirmed stage for the second project.
The builder's site says all active projects hold MahaRERA registration and lists Ekta Victoria as ongoing in Bandra West. Our data has no RERA number on file for Victoria though, so ask for it. Sizes (904–1,242 sq ft) and possession (December 2028, expected 2028 per the March 2026 announcement) are builder-stated.
