If a project's appeal rests on a nearby transport link, check the link's own timeline. Metro Line 3 is fully open from Aarey to Cuffe Parade, with its BKC station operating since 2024. The Bandra-side stretch of Metro Line 2B is listed with tentative targets around December 2027, and sources conflict, so do not assume it will be ready when your flat is. The Versova-Bandra Sea Link is under construction with a completion date that is uncertain, and the BKC bullet train station is expected around 2029 but is unconfirmed.
