Jio World Drive, BKC
The research notes that Jio World Drive offers about 27 dining outlets, a pet-friendly weekend market and a rooftop drive-in theatre. It sits in BKC, the planned business district in Bandra East, and the localities file lists Jio World Centre among the area's landmarks.
For a buyer, it matters most to people living or working in BKC and the adjoining pockets, such as Kala Nagar. The residential supply in that part of Bandra East is mostly towers rather than street-level apartments, so a mall-style cluster close by is a daily convenience.

Linking Road and Hill Road
